FLAME SPRAY

Thermal powder material is melted by flame of oxy-acetylene fuel gas mixture and then it is sprayed to the main material. This method is applied with combustion temperature which reach to 3100 ºC. Generally, metal and metal alloy powders (nickel, chrome, copper, aluminum based alloys, stainless steels, carbon steels) are used. In the course of coating, temperature of workpiece doesn't exceed 200ºC. According to powder type, 10 mm thickness on coating could be obtained.
